Enchanted Beauty Bar – Cancellation Policy
At Enchanted Beauty Bar, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask that all clients respect our cancellation policy as outlined below:
🌟 Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client.
⏰ Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours' notice): A 50% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
💳 Card on File
To secure your appointment, we may require a valid credit/debit card on file. No charges will be made unless a cancellation or no-show fee is applicable.
❤️ Emergencies
We understand that life happens. In cases of genuine emergency or illness, please contact us directly. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and appreciate your communication.
